Spits & Spots

Spits & Spots was born from love, resilience, and
a desire to make a difference!

When our son Brandon was diagnosed with Tuberous Sclerosis at just 3 months old, our world turned upside down. Doctors told us he wouldn’t live to see his second birthday. Thanks to the incredible support of the Tuberous Sclerosis Association (TSA), we found hope, strength, and a lifeline we’ll never forget. Today Brandon is 31 - and a true superhero in every sense of the word.

Inspired by his journey and the unwavering support we
received, we started Spits & Spots as a way to give back. We create personalised clothing - hoodies, sweatshirts, pajamas and cuddly teddies, each one featuring a fun superhero logo and a name - because everyone deserves to feel powerful, unique, and loved.

Because giving back is at the heart of everything we
do, a percentage of profit of every order goes directly to the Tuberous Sclerosis Association - helping support other families facing the same battles we once did.

Thank you for being a part of our journey.

With every order, you're spreading joy, supporting a vital cause, and taking a small step towards a better world.

What is Tuberous Sclerosis?

Tuberous Sclerosis Complex (TSC) is a rare genetic condition that affects around 1 million people worldwide.

A person is born with TSC, meaning that the condition is not something that a person can develop over time. However, problems from TSC might not be obvious until later in life.

TSC causes non-cancerous growths to develop in different organs around the body, such as the brain, eyes, heart and skin. Issues caused by TSC are as a result of the growths developed due to the condition.

Common problems from TSC can include epilepsy, autism, learning difficulties and kidney problems. However, the way that TSC impacts on a person’s life can vary considerably.
