Let us know all the information you would like or else we will use our discretion.  The more information you give us the more accurate we will be.  E.g Wording colour, size, position, font etc.

Remember the longer the name the smaller the wording will be.  If it’s a double-barrel name it may need to go over 2 lines or the font might have to change.

We can include free a gift card if you are posting direct to someone else.  We will print onto white card and copy your message exactly as you have it excluding any emojis.

Gift wrapping is an option to purchase at checkout.  We will use one of the following items to gift wrap as appropriate for the item – cellophane, basket, box, tissue paper, ribbon or wrapping paper. 

We will deliver your order to the address you give for delivery when you place your order. If any of the details you have given in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items not been received. If you require us to resend or send to a different address after it has been returned to us then there will be a charge for reposting.

We say we dispatch orders within 2 – 3 working days however, we usually dispatch sooner.  Sometimes we can offer same day despatch depending on the item and availability.   During busy seasonal times please allow extra time for us to create your order.

We have to give our delivery partner 10 working days before we can make a claim for any lost or damaged parcels.  If your parcel has not been delivered after 10 working days we will make a claim and resolve it immediately. 

Our invoices are emailed to you when you place your order so won’t be put in with your parcel.

If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation (it does happen sometimes, we are human after all), or there is a faulty product, we will ensure that it is resolved as soon as possible.  We will ask for photos to show the damage or fault.  We may ask for the product to be returned for inspection.  Personalised items cannot be resold so are not returnable.

A refund will only be made once we have received the faulty product back and it has been inspected.
